Mission Grove Car Wash

I should have read all the reviews before I came here. This place is okay at most. Nothing amazing about it. Just an avg job. I got the diamond package and the outside of the car looked great but the inside was okay. They did a wipe down but kind of skipped a lot of corners with vacuuming and wiping. I understand I have an SUV so it takes a little more effort because it's a bigger vehicle but that's why I paid the extra fee for the SUV. I've been to better car wash places that charge me less and gave me way more of a cleaning in the interior. This place wasn't bad, it was just average in my opinion. I unfortunately went out of my way to come here because I thought it was a good place but I think I'll try something closer next time when I need a hand car wash.

I was a loyal customer of this car wash for years, but about two years ago I noticed a significant decline in the quality of their work\. Yesterday, I decided to give them another opportunity and paid **$150 for a full detail** on my Jeep\. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a very disappointing experience\. The detail was poorly executed and inconsistent throughout the vehicle\. There were numerous areas where the interior dressing \(Armor All or a similar product\) was either heavily applied or completely missed\. Instead of leaving the interior looking clean and uniform, it was left looking blotchy and unfinished\. The most concerning issue was that the product was applied to the **clear plastic lens covering the instrument cluster**\. As a result, the plastic is now cloudy and foggy around the edges, appearing to have been permanently damaged\. Prior to the detail, the lens was clear and free of these defects\. After noticing these issues, I calmly spoke with the manager, **Louie**, and pointed out the missed areas as well as the damage to the instrument cluster lens\. Rather than addressing my concerns, he told me I was “too picky,” refused to correct the workmanship, and d

Horrible job. Paid $60 for the wash plus tipped them because it was hot but they put no effort into the inside at all! I had dirt inside and they just caked everything with Armor All and left so much stuff behind. I will never go back. If you want a good job, hire a mobile detailer. It’s what I should have done to begin with. Now I have to pay to have my vehicle done again.

Great carwash, mornings are faster, reasonably priced and do a good job for the price. Interior clean can be a bit too much but does leave it shiny. They have some lounging inside as well as outside and has a Starbucks walking distance, as well as a gas station. This is my new spot

I gave three stars because they always do a great job on the vehicle but literally half the time I come they’re never open. It says their hours are till five every day and I think when they’re slow, they just closed the place down or something because sometimes they come in the middle of the afternoon on a weekend and there’s nobody there and there’s cones up. Please do better either adjust your hours or stay till you’re supposed to.
